WHY WE’RE MAKING OLUMI
Food is personal.
So is Olumi.
Food is a big part of my life. As a nutritionist and competitive eater, I care about what goes into it and what makes it worth enjoying. Olumi brings those two sides together.
Every ingredient amount, flavour note and sweetener choice is part of the drink we’re building. We want it to make sense on paper and be something you look forward to drinking.
We’re developing two separate drinks: hydration in citrus and watermelon, and fibre in lemon and unflavoured. Both are still taking shape, and we’ll share more as we go.

What’s really
in the mix?
We want to know what each ingredient brings to the drink, right down to the amounts. That means looking beyond the proposed 900 mg mineral blend and confirming the individual minerals inside it.
What makes it
worth sipping?
It has to be something we look forward to drinking. We’re exploring bright citrus and juicy watermelon for hydration, plus lemon and unflavoured for fibre. Samples will help us settle on the recipes.
How should
sweetness fit?
We chose allulose as the sweetener for both lines. Now we’re working through how much each recipe needs, alongside its flavour and texture.
A FIRST LOOK
Good things
take a little time.
Hydration sachets and fibre sticks are both in development. The final formulas, flavours, packaging and retail prices are still being confirmed. There’s no launch date yet, and orders aren’t open.
